Dairy Milker

Hours:

AM shift- 4:30am-12.00pm
PM shift- 3:00pm-10:30pm

Position Description:

- Milking 1,500 cows on a 60 bail rotary
- Herding
- Working within a team of 4-5 per shift
- 'Cups on and Cups off' with automatic retention bars and cup removers
- Monitoring calving cows throughout the shift
- Colostrum feeding to calves

- Daily calf collection
- Occasional farm work required

Requirements:

- Must have a drivers license and vehicle
- Good communication skills and team work
- Must have good time management
